This page explains what MIMRAI does with the personal data it receives through this website. MIMRAI is a software studio founded by Guillermo López and Alain Álvarez López, who are responsible for that data.
What we collect:
Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your message.
The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party trackers, scripts or fonts.
Why we use it:
To read your message, reply to it and follow up on the project you describe. We rely on the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR).
Who processes it:
Contact messages reach us by email through Resend, which delivers them on our behalf. The site is hosted on Vercel, which handles technical request data such as IP addresses to serve pages and keep them secure.
Both providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards in their data processing terms, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it:
For as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any work that follows. We delete messages within two years of our last exchange, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights:
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to us through the contact form and we will answer within a month.
You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
Changes:
If this notice changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
